Dexamethasone is routinely used in the resection of brain metastases. Nevertheless, there are large differences in the dose administered, the influence of which on the further course of the disease has not yet been sufficiently investigated. This is where the study comes in and analyzes the relationship between the cumulative dose of dexamethasone and various clinical endpoints.
