KEYNOTE-826 5-Year Overall Survival Data

This Medudy course is a video tutorial for physicians on current treatment options for persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer.

In this video, Prof. Dr. Annette Hasenburg, Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Women’s Health at Mainz University Medical Center, presents the long-term data from the KEYNOTE-826 study. The focus is on the 5-year data for pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab, in patients with PD-L1-expressing tumors with a Combined Positive Score (CPS) ≥ 1.

The presentation will review the long-term outcomes for overall survival and progression-free survival, as well as the safety profile, at the five-year mark. In addition, Prof. Hasenburg will explain the importance of PD-L1 testing using CPS for patient selection and will contextualize the results within current treatment recommendations.
