The presentation will focus on the substances approved in Germany: enzalutamide, apalutamide, and darolutamide. Based on key Phase III studies, the study design, endpoints, and efficacy data will be presented. Finally, the treatment options will be classified according to the current S3 guideline on prostate cancer.
