This Medudy Master Class Series is a video tutorial for physicians on nephrology topics.
This two-part module examines arterial hypertension and is presented by Prof. Dr. Jan-Christoph Galle, Director of the Clinic for Nephrology and Dialysis at Lüdenscheid Hospital.
The first part of the course provides an overview of arterial hypertension from a nephrological perspective. In particular, it explains why correct blood pressure measurement is the basis of any meaningful diagnosis and treatment. In the second part, the diagnostic and therapeutic steps are explained using practical case studies.
